DAY OF REST

Sundays are supposed to be a day of rest but sometimes it doesn't feel that way.  Church seems to always be during nap times so Alex gets pretty tired.  One Sunday was particularly tiring for Alex.

OUT WITH THE OLD, IN WITH THE NEW

Well, 2013 is officially over.  It has been a very good year with a lot of adventures.  I am excited for the upcoming years as we look to start grad school for Mike, move, hopefully have more children.  So many new things to come on the horizon.

Unfortunately, Mike has been very busy with work lately.  He's had to stay late almost every day this month it seems.  New Year's Eve was no exception.  He got home just before 9pm.  I almost thought I wouldn't see him before midnight.  Mike's parents and sister, Mick, came over just after that.  We had a quiet evening playing a game and watching a movie.
