ZOO

We loved having a zoo in Columbus and got a membership.  We went almost every week with one friend or another.  There were many things to do and see.  We all looked forward to zoo trips.  These are pictures from various visits to the zoo.

LOVIN' THE LAKE

There are several lakes nearby and one that has a fairly large sandy beach.  It is a shallow entry and the kids had fun playing in the sand and splashing around in the water.  We went to the beach several times with friends but I only took pictures during one trip.

INNISWOOD GARDENS

There are a ton of metro parks around Columbus.  Today we went to the Inniswood Gardens Metro Park.  It was basically a botanical garden.  It was really fun to walk around and see all the trees, flowers, waterfalls, and other pretty landscaping.
