PAPA PASSING

After four months in the hospital and years of health problems and doctor's visits my father passed away peacefully at home with my mother at his side.  It is a very surreal thing.  If I stop and think about it my emotions get the best of me.  I am so grateful for eternal families and for the knowledge that I will see him again.  The day he passed away we went to Dairy Queen and got blizzards, my father's favorite dessert.  My sweet friends from my childhood sent me some flowers.  It was a simple gesture that meant a lot to me.

ALEX'S SOCCER TEAM

Alex was on the same soccer team in the fall and the spring.  They were all such cute kids and it was fun watching them all play together.  Alex was much better in the spring with the second go around.  She can't wait to play again next year.  Unfortunately Shane won't be old enough so he'll have to wait until the following year.
